For Other Printers

Im facing a problem with HP Designjet 500 Plotter (42").
I replaced the head carriage belt of this plotter and then power on it, plotter initlizing and when it comes to the trimming papper then the error appears ( System error 86:01).
i cleaned up the encoder sensor, encoder strip but the error remains same.
pls suggest me what to do?????

Please remove the plotter driver and reinstall that completely if plotter driver is not removing then run window save mode and disconnect the ploter from the pc and remove that drive.

After this, start window in normal mode & install the driver wih complete feature

thanks for ur response, but the problem was not in plotters driver.
its a hardware problem of plotter.

issue was solve.
the problem was in carriage assembly, bush of carrage assembly were not at their original place. we found the bushes of carrage and fix them on their place. now the plotter is working ok.
