RAID CRASHING PROBLEM IN SERVERS
As in case of LIC Amritsar-1 Branch, problem was faced by our engineer Mr. Pankaj Batra, that crashing RAID frequently & frquently rebuilding.
The reason was found there by me that HDDs DATA TRANSFER RATE(two 320mbps & two 160mbps),MODEL & MAKE was different.
So pls before configuring RAID in any server you must sure about these specifications of every HDD:
1. RPM must be same of every HDD
2. DTR must be same of every HDD.
3. SIZE must be same of every HDD.
4. Make & Model must be same of every HDD.

I have to configure a additional domain server for the oberoi rajvilas for this i want to access internet as well as my intranet but problem is when i configure my corporate gateways it pings all the corporate IP's and same time i was able to ping my firewall ip but not able to access internet when i set my firewall gateway asmy primery ip its able to open sites but cant able to ping my corporate domain server. i am using win server 2003. I tried with two lancards also but no result. PLZ TELL ME IF ITS POSSIBLE TO USING TWO GATEWAYS AT THE SAME TIME AND HOW TWO CONFIGURE.

Dear Shivendra,
You can add more than one gateways on same time & same network card.
Click Start then CONTROL PANNEL
then NETWORK CONNECTIONS
Right Click on LAN & click on properties
then TCP/IP & click on properties
Now click on ADVANCE, here in IP Settings TAB, a option for DEFAULT GATWAYS.
From here you can add more than one gatways.

I am resident engineer in Trident Hotel, In the server HP Proliant ML 350, Red light is blinking in the scsi hard disk, how can i solved this problem
Dear,Pls confirm that the RAID is created in server. RED light means HDD goen faulty.

Raid is not configured. I can access data from hard disk which indicating red light. How can solve this problem.

As you are saying when accessing data the LED light is glowing Red means that hard disk is going to bad, so take data backup and replace the hard drive.

problem in ibm x seriers 206 when on the server booting on windows screen , ablue scrren appear msg on the screen memory parity error system halted when restart two or three tmies server on and properly running and when morning on problem show pls reply me.

Dear Praveen,
Check your server with minimum configuration.It might be either ram problem or HDD problem.
