We have face a problems in FCI having software mirroring in windows 2003 OS.The main harddisk are damaged and how to up the operating systems windows 2003 form secondary harddisk.
Hi Dilip this is Gaurav Srivastava from Technical Support Group I understood your problem but it still requires some more information like how many number of HDDs are there are what is the process you are following. See incase of software mirroring when primary disk gets down then the all we have to do is to put the secondary disk on to the postition of the primary one but see if the system is still not booting with the secondary disk so in that case we can think of it might be the failre of controller or the complete RAID Set so if this is the scenario then primarily you have to put your concentration towards the data backup then rest other things so reply me back with all the information that i need to assist you
